The story

The surface
Abstract geometric maple veining, faceted planes
Brushed champagne gold with polished hairline vein channels. Engraved rather than printed, so the face behaves like a watch dial — the pattern appears and recedes as the light moves.
Card design
The maple vein abstracted into fine engraved facets that meet at sharp junctions across brushed champagne gold — the structure of the leaf, never the leaf itself. Each plane brushes in a different direction so the face shifts as it moves.
Metal material
Solid metal with an 18K-gold brushed finish, 0.8mm, polished bevelled edge.
