Solenne currently ships to addresses in Canada and the United States. Destinations beyond North America are being opened progressively — join the house list and we will write to you when your country is available.

A tracking number is added to your order as soon as the parcel is collected. Look it up any time with your order number and email.

Returns & exchanges

Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original box with all packaging. Gift orders can be exchanged by the recipient. The applicable return window and instructions are confirmed on your order confirmation.

Warranty & care

Each piece is covered against manufacturing faults and can be sent to us for cleaning and inspection. Care guidance is written for every metal and stone we set.

Insured in transit

Every parcel travels tracked and signed for, insured for its full value until it reaches you.

Discreet packing slips

Gift orders ship without a price on the slip, so the piece arrives as it was intended.
